Looking back on this spring, I feel it was a season when many things began, both in my personal and professional life.

One of these activities is called "Sea and Kitchen."

The words "Connecting the activities of the ocean with today's kitchens" are placed in the middle.

Originally, I worked to support fishing cooperatives and fishermen, but most of my work was focused on supporting them from the inside, so I started this project with the idea of ​​doing something that was a bit more outward-facing as well.

"Activities" can never be carried out by a single individual.

I believe that it is only because of the overwhelming natural beauty of the sea, the groupings of producers known as fishing cooperatives, and the communities known as fishing villages that such unique and delicious food can exist in every corner of the country.

From now on, I would like to focus on delivering delicious food and stories from the field to people who don't know much about the ocean or fishing, and to people who value food.

This is a corner where you can buy delicious items that the Ono family uses on a daily basis.

This year, we have added "Fukuoka Ariake Nori Ichiban Harvest" to the list.

The other day, my boss Ono casually said to me, "This seaweed is really delicious."

I was very happy to hear that from our guests.

Because Onoya makes a lot of sushi rolls?! We make sure our customers eat a lot of nori seaweed.

I support what I want to support with pure feelings,

Furthermore, I am grateful to have people nearby who support me with pure hearts.

I am truly grateful, and without any excuses, I want to cherish this relationship.

From now on, I hope to create opportunities to deliver delicious food from the sea and stories about the sea!
