One way to choose

Noserumi

good morning.
I woke up at 6am when it's still dark out as I write this article, how is everyone else doing?
There seem to be many ways to spend your morning, whether that be starting it off leisurely or sticking to a strict routine.
Whatever the case, starting your day in a way that feels good for you will improve your mood.
As for me, it may seem a bit cliché, but I have a habit of brewing and drinking coffee (or tea on some days) every morning.
It is generally believed that hot water or decaffeinated drinks are good for the body, and that coffee in particular is not good for the body because it cools the body and promotes oxidation.
However, when I look back on my life, there is nothing that I have been able to continue doing because I tried to approach it with that kind of mindset. I am happier when I can start my day based on what I like or what I want at the time, rather than on what is good or bad, and I feel that it is good to have that kind of relaxed attitude in my daily life.
That is why I feel it is so important to consider what we are surrounded by, what we pick up, and what things we share our lives with on a daily basis.
It's also about sharpening your senses and being sensitive to what you like and what you want at that moment.
My morning wake-up call starts with a cup of Ryuta Fukumura's coffee, so delicious that you can't tell where it meets my skin.
With just one cup, the view of the day can almost take you to another world.
Well, the Ryuta Fukumura exhibition will finally begin this Saturday.
The exhibition lasts for 10 days.
I can't help but feel excited to see what kind of scenery will unfold in the reflection and what kind of world it will be the entrance to.
The first Saturday and Sunday, the 20th and 21st, will be a special cafe run by Uranino Coffee
