After completing the two learning opportunities

"Yoga ∞ Chi Nei Tsang ∞ Eating Meditation " by Kentaro Goto and Masaru Goto held on May 23rd and 24th
"Touching Life" by Hinako Tanaka held on June 8th
I was able to complete these two learning opportunities successfully.
Ken-chan, who taught yoga and Chi Nei Tsang, said this many times:
The moment I leave this place I revert to my usual routine.
"People forget quickly"
I spend my days ruminating on the words
Habits are who I am, for better or worse...
At the same time, habits can be changed, and continuity is essential for change.
Are there any habits that you want to quit or continue?
I once quit after taking this course.
I had the habit of eating something sweet every morning because I was hungry after breastfeeding in the middle of the night.
Even though I told myself it was a reward, I felt like I had to stop this habit somewhere, and finally I made the decision to quit.
It may seem like a small thing, but I believe that continuing to take these small actions will bring about big changes.
Even as I continue to do this, something just doesn't seem to click.
Doesn't that happen?
It is said that breathing is very important in both Buddhist meditation and yoga.
Even when I try to meditate and focus on my breathing, I don't really get it ...
What is good breathing and what is good breathing?
I was so distracted by that.
When I was taught the practice of touching prana (life energy) at Hina's school,
"Touching Life"
I realized that this was because I didn't experience that sensation at all when breathing.
Breathe in and out
Trying to feel the invisible mass moving through you
When I realized that this was also about "touching"
I have been able to touch something very important.
I had an experience that changed my awareness of breathing once again.
The morning after the rain
Energy wells up from the soil of the fields and reaches the sky.
When you breathe slowly in the slightly chilly mist that makes you stand up straight, you feel as if you are melting into the mist.
There was an indescribable bliss.
In the learning environment,
Share what you feel and believe based on your experiences.
It was a very valuable time to be able to listen to each person's wisdom that is not found in textbooks or books.
It would be fantastic if this learning opportunity could become a small or big point in your life that gives you a new perspective and a starting point.
Let's have a great week of learning and taking on new challenges.
