健やかに生きることは恩返し

Good morning⚪︎

How was your morning today, everyone?

In the previous post, I wrote about my intention to rethink how I spend my mornings, and a few days after I had written a one-week plan for how I spend my mornings,

A new family member came to our house

Cat Mew (♀) Estimated age: 6-7 months

The name was decided in the car on the way home by the children, and was based on the name "Mew" from the movie "Nobita and the New Dinosaur" or "Mew" from the Pokemon series.

Mew Mew, Mew Two, Cat!, Mew and

The little ones were very curious and didn't mind,

My eldest daughter loved Mew very much, and from that day on she was in charge of cooking.

So she started getting up much earlier than she used to.

I also started getting ready faster and reading books in the morning.

That's a great way to spend your morning!

Above all, I take responsibility for my role.

"I have to feed her," said Miu as she followed her older sister to get food as soon as she woke up in the morning.

"I'm leaving the room"

And when I called attention to

"Don't worry, we always go and get it together and come back together."

That's absolutely true, sorry for the unnecessary comment!

I thought to myself, "If I say this a lot, my kids will probably call me "noisy" someday.

Be careful not to be too nagging.

Miu is active early in the morning and her eldest daughter is woken up

The schedule I had been trying to organize while spending some quiet time alone has been completely wiped clean.

My eldest daughter gets up early, so I have time.

Because her inner self seems to be in order.

I'm thinking of starting over and making plans again.

Life doesn't always go according to your convenience lol

So, as the spring ended and we entered early summer,

"Organize your days"

We will be hosting a learning session on Thursday, June 6th, with Hinako Tanaka, who runs an Ayurvedic salon in Shizuoka.

We have started accepting reservations, so please read this and contact me via Instagram message .

One day.

It's chilly inside the house and my hands and feet get cold, so even though I turn on the air conditioner, it doesn't work well.

I went out to the garden and read in the warm sunshine for a while.

In just a moment, your body will feel warm and your mood will be refreshed.

When I feel unwell it's usually because I'm distanced from nature.

Nature is always there to guide me and help me to balance my body and mind.

I was reminded that as part of the universe, we can give back to it by living healthy lives.

Today and tomorrow

Let's spend healthy days together.
