Learning space restarted!

With or without close friends?
A team of elementary school students, who spend a lot of their time in the school community, are nervous as the new semester approaches with the major event of class changes.
The large tree that I always see on my way to and from school has sprouted new green leaves over the past two weeks.
Just as trees change with the seasons, our bodies are also constantly changing through the seasons.
Six months have passed since my body changed over the course of 10 months, and I finally feel like my body has returned to its previous state.
Although she started yoga in December as part of her postpartum care, she was initially shocked to find that her body did not move properly, as if the body map she had acquired up until then had been wiped clean.
However, as I began taking the time to focus on places that cannot be seen with the naked eye, focusing on the movements of my diaphragm and pelvic floor, which I don't usually pay attention to in my daily life, I began to realize how little I had been paying attention to them before.
At the same time, what do I know about myself ?
When our bodies move as we normally do, isn't there actually more that we can't see than what we can see?
Breathing in and out, touching something, how long did you take to be aware of each movement?
Based on this question, we decided that we would like to hold this event in May , June and July as a learning opportunity to restart interest in the body.

On May 23rd and 24th , July 14th and 15th , we will be hosting Goto Kentaro, who provides Thai traditional massage and Chi Nei Tsang treatments in Izumimachi, Kumamoto, and Goto Masaru, who explores healing of the mind and body through yoga and macrobiotic diet.
On June 8th , Hinako Tanaka will be providing Ayurvedic treatments in Shizuoka.
The event will feature three people who have been working with the mind and body for many years.
More details will be announced at a later date, so please make time in your schedule and look forward to seeing what kind of learning experience this will bring.
The reason I started giving baby massages for the first time with my fifth child was because Hina had given me a massage while I was pregnant.
Not only can you learn about the other person's condition through the act of touching, but it also provides a truly precious moment of important communication with a baby who cannot speak.
At this time, while interacting with her energetic daughter, he also checks his own condition so that he can exchange positive energy with her.
My daughter is now 7 months old and has mastered rolling over, crying and laughing as she explores new things she can do.
My mother is also on a quest to reconstruct her body map.

While focusing your attention inward, don't forget to explore the things you wear every day.
Both exist vividly together.
At the Kagetsubi exhibition starting this weekend, you can enjoy choosing not only the hat shapes but also the materials that gently wrap them.
On the first and second days, the aroma of Coffee Kou 's Utsushiki blend will fill the air.
Close your eyes and take a breath in front of the fresh greenery.
Close off the senses that have led you to that point, and then open up anew.
I want this place to continue as a place where something can be guided by what you come into contact with.
Life is a continuous process of learning, and it is always within reach and anyone can try.
I hope that this learning opportunity will spark a small change in awareness.
