Well, have you been walking lately?
The other day, I walked about 20kg round trip with seven kids from my neighborhood to a large shrine in the next town.
With several children having just started first grade in elementary school, the journey has had its ups and downs.
Suddenly, I realized that I might not have been walking recently.
Hmm, what do you mean recently?
Since the coronavirus outbreak and self-restraint measures began?
Walking?
By the way, where am I walking to?
These days, we tend to blame everything on coronavirus, but there may be quite a few things that have nothing to do with coronavirus.
As I was walking slowly and aimlessly, I found myself looking up at the sky without intending to, and unexpectedly the white midday moon caught my eye.
I feel like saying something cool, wondering if this is about life itself.
The rhythm of walking is linked to the rhythm of breathing,
The soles of your feet have the power to awaken life.
In between my personal activities,
In addition to massage, we also offer lectures and practical work.
Surely, walking is something that we do all the time, naturally, next to breathing, yet unconsciously.
Paying attention to them means shining a light on your unconscious and facing them for a moment.
What is the depth of my breathing now related to?
What is the purpose of walking at this speed?
For example,
It was a light-hearted, cheerful feeling, similar to that of spotting a white moon in the daytime.
