Minerals are formed over tens of thousands of years.
Yasuhide Ono 's accessories, which retain all of their natural beauty , have a mysterious charm that connects people with nature, just like the ornaments that have been worn since ancient times around the world.
The production takes place at Utsushiki in Miyawaka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
When you enter this old chicken coop, where time has flowed forever, you will find that the beautifully arranged minerals, antiques, sounds and scents open up senses that you don't normally use.
This time, as part of the "Utsushiki" exhibition, the store will be filled with not only accessory pieces, but also minerals and antiques that the artist himself has collected from all over Asia, allowing us to share a part of his world with you.
Travel back in time, both human and earth, and see the beautiful scenery that emerges when all of these things come together.
"Utsushiki" is a word that was created by combining the words "manifest" (the present where old and new coexist), "the ever-changing seasons that are unique to Japan," and "utsukushii" (beautiful).
On the day, the staff of Utsushiki will be welcoming you with herbal tea inspired by summer in Tashiro, a kiki product.
Lots of new encounters.
We look forward to your visit.
The store will be open as usual during the exhibition period, so please come and visit us.
