In the second half of June, we will be holding the "Oakjin Exhibition" over two weeks with the husband and wife team, Hirodan and Ayaka Ito, who run the "Oakjin" inn on Shodoshima, and who have a close relationship with Hinako Tanaka.
"Build a hut in a mirrored space"
These are schemes that are still hard to imagine, and every time they visit the cafe, they prepare meals whose deliciousness is the talk of the town.
