Information on the Kagetsubi Spring/Summer New Works Exhibition
It's a new year and a time for new beginnings.
This year, the cherry blossoms are already giving way to vibrant new green buds.
Under the shining sunlight, your favorite hat or clothes will lift your spirits.
We are pleased to announce the Spring/Summer Hat Exhibition at Kagetsubi, which has become a familiar sight at Utsushiki.
When the masks were on display, people who came by without any particular reason were curious about the masks and tried them on.
A mysterious hat that makes your face brighten up and reveal a happy smile.
One of the charms of Kagetsubi is that even people who have never worn a hat before feel like they can't give it up.
It feels like it even shapes the expression of the person wearing it.
Kagetsubi Spring /Summer New Works Exhibition
Dates: April 22nd (Sat) - April 30th (Sun)
Time: 13:00-18:00 Artist presence: Saturdays and Sundays (22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th)

Location
Since my first exhibition a year ago, I have been walking like a fateful month. What I feel everyday
I have come to strongly feel that the exhibition space is not just a place for people to touch hats, but a special time where people, places, things, the air, the atmosphere, and various other beings meet and resonate with each other.
Because the casual conversations we had at that time, the scenes that flashed before our eyes, resonated deeply in our hearts and illuminated our future.
Utsushiki is the closest thing to our family, both in spirit and in physical distance, even though we are in the same town as Fukuoka.
That's why there are things we feel and things that are born.
I'm thinking of the time when we resonated with each other in the mirror and moving my hands.
Kagetsu Hidagami Daisuke
The cafe will host a coffee session by Coffee Kou , a shop located in Hirao, Fukuoka.
The owner, Mr. Matsuda, wears a Kagetsubi hat on a daily basis, and it has become like a trademark for him.
Although it has only been a year since the shop opened, its name is heard everywhere and it is already loved by many people.
There are free slots available this time, but please note that availability is subject to change, so we recommend making a reservation.
