Utsushiki has been holding its third Ryuta Fukumura exhibition since last Friday!
This was only my third time, and I felt like I had seen more of Fukumura's exhibitions.
They often talk about Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine, but it really is a place that can accommodate any type of cuisine.
Japanese, Western, Chinese, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is a work by Ryuta Fukumura, who has been extremely successful.
Of those, at least one is visible from the kitchen almost every day (laughs).
"How do you take care of Ginsai? Also, does it change a lot?"
I received many such questions this time,
I wash it with dish soap and a sponge just like any other dish, and scrub it!
It seems that as it ages, it often becomes duller (brown or gray).
It will vary depending on how, how often, and what you put in it, so enjoy watching it grow into your own unique product.

In recent years, Fukumura has been known for his use of silver, but he also personally enjoys using black vessels decorated with gold leaf, and a few of these are on display in this exhibition.
