Focus your eyes

As we enter 2021, the temperature has been fluctuating greatly, from cold to warm.
It is important to build a body that can adapt to any changes on a daily basis.
The physical education class after morning assembly at Utsushiki is a valuable time for students to reflect on their own bodies.
Recently, I've started incorporating sports like badminton and volleyball, which Ono-san purchased, and it's so much fun that I lose track of time.
It's been a while since I was a student, but I played table tennis for six years in junior and senior high school, so
The feeling of racket sports is firmly ingrained in my body and brings back fond memories.
It is really important to face this irreplaceable body head-on, and although I have been living with this body for nearly 30 years, it is clear when I actually play sports that I still have not mastered it.
I definitely think I was more flexible and could move around more when I was a child...
What I've been thinking lately is that I don't want to just let it go by saying it can't be helped because I'm getting older.
Why can't you do something now that you used to be able to do? The cause is a variety of factors, including lack of exercise, lifestyle habits, and diet, which means you must not forget that it is your own fault.
On the other hand, if we can improve each of these possible causes one by one, we may be able to regain the ability to move our bodies.
The worst thing you can do is to think you understand it but then not act on it.
For now, I'm going to just do things that seem likely to improve without thinking too much about them.
Changing the subject, let's talk about "- A series of elements -" on the Utsushiki YouTube channel, where they film on a regular basis.
Something I've been thinking about lately while taking photographs is that if you focus your eyes on ordinary everyday scenery, you can immerse yourself more deeply in that scenery.
At dawn on the bitterly cold morning of winter, frost covers the plants and soil, and a world of white spreads out before your eyes. As the sun rises, the frost gradually turns into dew and droplets, and before you know it, the white world has disappeared. I never realized that this process of change could be so beautiful.
Just being able to realize how beautiful everyday life can be makes me feel glad to have been born into this world.
I think we've all had moments when our way of thinking suddenly changes after seeing and learning about a world that we had never seen before.
Whatever form it takes, I would be happy if this video could inspire that moment, and I believe that if even one more person takes a closer look at the everyday scenery, the world will change.
I'm not very smart, so I can't yet imagine how it will change, but I'll be off to shoot again today looking for the answer.
