With the vernal equinox, the start of spring was felt in Fukuoka this weekend.

When we moved to Fukuoka, my son was just two and a half years old, and on the spring equinox, he attended the nursery school where he had attended for three years and had his graduation ceremony.

Every day feels like a new chapter begins in the story of life.

This weekend, my husband took part in the shortest exhibition of his work, which lasted only two days.

I myself have also been planning to hold a coffee shop at an exhibition.

It was my first experience.

I really feel that there is a lot to learn from first-time experiences.

There were various events in my life that led me to open a cafe.

The joy I felt from trying it was greater than I had imagined, and it really hit me that this "joy" is something important.

Being happy with yourself

That someone will be happy

Both of these are things I cannot compromise on.

I felt it again.

What's more, the sensation of something being "delicious" is truly amazing!

What was the first thing that struck me about having coffee?

Someone might say, "It's delicious."

Just as importantly, feeling something delicious is a great joy.

From the perspective of health and diet

There are periodic fads about cutting out certain foods or dieting, but in the end,

Isn't the stress of having to endure something the most unhealthy thing?

It was also a hot topic on Utsushiki.

Something I usually do

"Actually, I want to eat bread.

"Gluten-free is good for your health, so let's eat rice."

"I want to eat something sweet, but I have to hold back because I'll get fat" is a "meal plan" based on preconceived notions and feelings of guilt.

Your true, deepest desires will end up being left behind.

It's a small thing, but if it continues like that...

Real desires are not satisfied and are certainly not healthy.

As they say, one of the three basic needs of humans is to satisfy one's own needs.

I realized that it is as necessary to live as breathing.

In fact, recently my husband has also started eating foods that he had been unconsciously refraining from eating (lol).

No matter what food it is, you can say "It's delicious!" without feeling guilty.

I think it's a very happy thing.

And seeing people close to me say "It's delicious" and get happy

What a source of energy it was for me!

We have been given bodies to eat and live.

It was an experience that made me realize how much I want to experience deliciousness and joy without being bound by preconceptions or feelings of guilt.

The new year is about to begin

Let's eat delicious food and enjoy the warmth of spring!
