#BestMorningOfMyLife Live Better

Ono Karori

The horsetails in the garden have turned into horsetails, and it's the season when you can go to the mountains to pick wild vegetables, including rape blossoms which contain bitter substances and butterbur sprouts in the garden.
Along with these blessings of nature, it is also the season when toxins that have built up in the body during the winter are released.
I have noticeable rough skin, my body is stiff, and the back of my eyes hurt...
In order to refresh my sluggish mood, I went to a hot spring alone to change my mood.
On the way there, I opened Voicy for the first time in a while and saw a hashtag project with the theme "#TheBestMorningOfMyLife" and decided to play it.
"Two minutes before bed will have you having the best morning of your life"
"Things not to do to wake up early in the morning"
"How to spend the night before"
I'm doing various things to have a better morning...!
I listened intently to what they were saying, hoping to emulate their customs.
How about you?
The reason why this phrase caught my eye was because, although I understand that how you spend your morning will affect how you spend your whole day, the words "Even if you wake up, your child will wake up, or you will be busy at work" kept popping into my mind and making me feel uneasy.
How should I handle this situation...
I was wondering what it meant to "tidy up"...
I was thinking that Hina-san would be able to explain the theme of "arrangement" at the Amrita Hina-san learning event scheduled for June, but
She told me that she wanted to convey the Ayurvedic daily lifestyle of "Dinacharya" through her words and her practice.
That's something I would like to learn...! So I immediately replied, "Yes, please."
If you're interested, please wait for details.
On June 6th we will have a learning space, and on June 7th and 8th we will have a healthy gathering with the combination of Hina, Ichi and Ninomako .
That was the trigger for me to start thinking about what "Dinacharya" is.
I picked up an Ayurvedic book and started reading.
My morning routine is based on the sutra I see in copying sutras,
It seemed to me that the goal of Buddhism, that the practice of the six paramitas can enrich our way of life, was consistent with the goal of Ayurveda.
They originated in roughly the same place and era. The way they are conveyed may differ, but the essence is the same.
Even before the Common Era, people have been taking care of their minds and bodies in order to live better lives.
I felt that it was a very noble act, and that it was possible because it brought about changes in both the mind and the body.
With the beginning of spring, we are reminded that we should not neglect the time we spend facing our invisible minds and present bodies.
I woke up in the morning, copied out one line of the sutra, sat on a yoga mat and did it for a few minutes.
If you're busy, that's enough, and just a small awareness and action to "tidy up" can make a difference.
The cherry blossoms will be in full bloom this weekend.
The couple exhibition "Colored Mountain" by Shoda and Arisa Kawai will be held at Utsushiki.
