"Nao-san is like Kyoko Kano."
I have been told this by someone who is said to be able to see.
It's been about four years since I started the store.
I always end up exhausted from all the work I've done.
I lived with extreme anxiety that I would never be able to produce anything again.
"Eh? Kyoko??? Not Mika?" I asked.
Because up until that time, my self-image was that of " Oshin. "
(Note: She is the protagonist of the original morning drama written by Sugako Hashida. She patiently endures difficult situations.)
I believed that because I had nothing, I had to work many times harder than other people.
"You're the older sister. You should make lots of Mika-sans."
She said this with a laugh, and then I was told three things.
Rest and play
Going on lots of dates with the opposite sex
Then, spend a lot of money on yourself.
I can't believe it at all.
That my trusted friend had a deep trust in her,
Then, I simply thought it was fun, so I did as I was told.
The more I did it, the more I realized that luck was beginning to develop.
Until now I had been hunched over and forcing my way through narrow roads, but now it feels like the road has suddenly widened.
Your perspective will be broadened, so you'll know what's going to happen in advance and the number of things that go wrong will decrease.
Oh, I'm from here.
Of course, there was a lot of trial and error, and many things I can't write about here.
But I've become so used to doing things that please me in my daily life that I no longer feel guilty about it.
Eventually, the best things will happen in a natural way.
I no longer resist the good and seemingly bad things that happen to me.
I love my job, so even now I sometimes end up overworking myself.
It's okay because you can change your mind.
Yes, it was a safe world out there.
I think it would be good if more people made themselves happy.
We live in uncertain times.
I quickly become consumed by anxiety.
But anxiety doesn't make you better.
It's surprising how little we know about ourselves, just like I once was.
Yes, take a deep breath.
When you feel hungry, think seriously about what you want to eat and move your hands.
Just try to make something very simple carefully.
After sweating and eating, the feeling of being refreshed will take your next self to a better place.
By repeating this process, you will realize that the world you see will surely change.
Increasing your productivity is surprisingly easy.
Of course, if you don't want to raise
You don't have to raise it, it's okay if it goes down.
But
We can improve ourselves. We all have the power to do so.
I hope you can feel that through my cooking.
I am so very happy.
This is a dish that acts like a charm to make when you're feeling down.
For me it's miso soup.
What does it mean to you?
To live better
I think we learn and we cook.
Deepen your everyday life,
See you again at our learning center.
