nice to meet you.

My name is Ono, the representative of Utsushiki.

I usually work as an accessory designer under the name Yasuhide Ono .

In July 2013, due to a series of events, I moved to Miyawaka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

This place was originally a chicken coop, but I have been gradually renovating it to use as my own studio.

Once every six months, she travels to Asia, mainly to India, Nepal, Thailand, and other places, to look for accessories parts, and she collects minerals that she likes.

As a place to sell the old things I've collected.

And as a place to exhibit the works of respected artists I have come across while exhibiting,

I haven't decided on the specific format of the gallery shop/atelier, but I want to start a store that only sells things that I like.

We are steadily making preparations for the opening scheduled for the new moon in September 2015.

This building is in a slightly remote location, so we are planning various things to encourage as many people as possible to come and visit.

I'm not very good at writing, but I'd like to update this diary little by little, so I'd be happy if you would check it out frequently.

I'm going to India today to do some purchasing (I'm writing this in a hurry while preparing, ha ha), so I'd like to write about my trip there as well.
