A life of laughter

The exhibition "Yellow Wolf + Flower Shop Nishibeppu Shoten" was held from June 20th to 28th.
So, thank you to everyone who came to the concert after the self-restraint period ended, as well as the cafe events and workshops, although I'm sure there were some people who found it difficult to attend due to their occupations.
You can also enjoy the YouTube broadcasts and discussions online, so please feel free to tune in any time and as many times as you like.
Now, onto the exhibition.
The back side was also very exciting.
A total of 16 people attended the after-party following the concert on the 21st?
Seven people were staying at my house, so it was like a training camp (plus one monk taking a nap in the car).
While the adults were singing and dancing and laughing innocently, my oldest son was the most calm and looked at the adults and laughed.
While adults laugh around 10 to 20 times a day, children laugh 300 to 400 times a day.
Do you laugh regularly? Do you ever laugh out loud and hold your stomach?
Especially recently, I felt like there were a lot of people looking down, perhaps because people are meeting people less due to the impact of COVID-19.
Wearing a mask when going out and maintaining social distance may take away people's expressions and warmth.
I am skeptical of the current information and situation, as if this becomes a habit it could be more frightening than contracting the coronavirus.
It is already well known that laughter activates natural killer cells, which destroy virus-infected cells.
Laughter is the best medicine to boost your immunity! Why not try to laugh more during these times?
The latest laugh riot in our house is my second son letting out a "Ahhh....Punchiiii!" when he's totally relaxed.
The timing is so perfect that I find myself asking for an Anpan Punch over and over again.
Children are geniuses at finding laughs. They laugh out loud about once every three minutes.
Perhaps by always keeping a soft and open heart, we can make others laugh and make them smile.
Let's all relax and laugh hundreds of times a day, children and adults alike.
We feel happy when people gather in a place filled with smiles and laugh together.
Looking back on the days they all spent there, we hope to live lives filled with laughter.
