Last year was a year filled with gratitude for the many connections I had.
We treasure the connections we have made and look forward to new encounters.
Thank you for your continued support this year.
I am in charge of the reservation-only cafe that began in January last year.
Utsushiki Cafe is located next to Utsushiki.
It has been almost a year since the new space was completed and launched.
Thank you to everyone who came along last year.
At our cafe, we value the time you spend focusing your senses on the scenery before you.
I first encountered it about five years ago and I am still interested in it and continue to learn more.
In the wisdom of Ayurveda
I have come to believe that it is very important to enrich our lives with information from our five senses.
The five senses and the mind are connected and this always influences our actions.
This is also the wisdom of Ayurveda.
From my experience, this is one of the most important things in life.
I run a personal business called Kiki Product, which mainly blends herbal teas.
Herbal tea contains important ingredients in its steam,
We tell our customers to enjoy the steaming water first.
The first thing you see is the color and texture
Next, what you feel from the aroma and warmth of the steam
And the taste of the herbal tea and the feeling of the hot drink passing through your body.
As you approach a cup of tea, your senses slowly interact with the scenery before you.
I believe this process will bring about changes in you.
I am always able to sense these changes in the coffee shop.
Many people have said they would like to come to the cafe once,
I can only open it about 5 days a month, so I can't make regular announcements.
It wasn't easy to understand, so I wanted to improve it.
Utsushiki has added one more member since last year, making it a four-person team.
In 2019 we will become a stronger and more flexible team.
We have decided to adjust our cafe so that you can enjoy a more fulfilling time.
We will inform you of the dates of the coffee break by email at the beginning of each month.
In February and March we will be hosting a cafe and welcoming guests.
We hope you look forward to it.

March Cafe/8th (Fri), 9th (Sat), 10th (Sun), 11th (Mon)
Start time: 2pm
4,000 yen/includes 2 types of tea, 2 types of sweets, and a gift
Reservations can be made from the 10th of the previous month.
(Example: Customers who wish to participate in the February cafeteria can start making reservations from January 10th)
