Yasuhide Ono Art Exhibition -Color-

This is Utsushiki's third special exhibition.

This will be my first time exhibiting my work here.

Although I own my own shop, I don't always have all my works on display because I have a lot of outside exhibitions and deliveries.

This will be the first time we will be using the entire space for our exhibition.

Usually, the guests feel nervous, but the restaurant feels nervous about hosting them.

This time, the exhibition will have the strange feeling of having both.

I thought back to the meaning of having this place and to my original intentions for production.

I hope to be able to show this through my work.

"Color"

I have always loved the colors I see in nature.

Dull colors are better than bright ones.

The ephemeral colors of withered, rusted, decayed, distorted, and worn out appearances are seen through the years.

However, for some reason, minerals were different.

The unique color of this stone was created over a period of tens of thousands of years.

The change in color that appears when polished,

I am fascinated by the colors, which seem somehow unnatural even though they are natural objects.

Stones have fascinated people since ancient times and can be used to adorn the body with jewelry.
